Avocado Hummus

What is a girl to do when she is making a batch of her favorite hummus and she sees an avocado sitting on the counter that is ripe and ready to be eaten? Well, obviously she is going to try and combine the two. I originally got this idea from Mia's Domain but didn't have all the ingredients on hand that she used. So instead, I worked with what I had. The verdict? Amazing.

    1. I used 1 avocado above. Two might darken it up a bit but the color of the hummus really lightened it up.

  3. I made something similar and added a bit of pesto too. The family liked the change. Yours turned out great!
