Grilled Avocados in Herbed Butter and Olive Oil
Have you ever tried grilling up an avocado? I suggest you give it a try. The other night I had some melted butter and olive oil that was flavored with fresh herbs from the garden- sage, rosemary, and thyme. I placed the avocados cut side down in the oil mixture and gave them a quick sear on the grill for about 3 to 5 minutes, rotating them once while cooking. They were amazing!
You can keep it simple and just brush the avocados with olive oil to give your next batch of Guacamole a smokey twist.
