Grilled Radicchio Lettuce

1-2 heads Radicchio
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and cracked pepper
Leaving the core in, remove the outer leaves and cut the lettuce into quarters.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill until lightly charred on all sides; turning as needed.
